Order Cancellation Policy

You are permitted to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to it being shipped. After your order has been dispatched, please await delivery before initiating the return procedure.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for items in pristine, unused condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

For purchases made between November 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027, the return period is extended to 60 days.

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@packryn.shop or call (231) 335-7716.
  2. Once you receive authorization, securely package the item(s) in their original box.
  3. Utilize the return label included in your shipment. Returns are complimentary.
  4. We will process returns within 5 business days after we receive your returned package.

Conditions for Returns

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Return Fees

Returns are at no cost to you. There are no restocking fees.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5 business days of receiving your returned items. Stripe will process the refund back to the card or payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as Stripe refund processing times can vary by institution.
  • If the problem continues after 10 business days, please contact us directly.

Both regular and sale items qualify for refunds and returns as long as they adhere to the conditions specified above.

Product Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for faulty or damaged items. To start an exchange, please contact us at support@packryn.shop. Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
