Packryn was born out of frustration with the overwhelming, impersonal experience of shopping for pets online. Too many options, too little trust, and no one to talk to when things went wrong. We set out to build something different — a pet store that feels personal, honest, and reliable.

Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, we handpick every product in our catalog with one question in mind: would we buy this for our own pet? If the answer isn't a confident yes, it doesn't make the cut.
