At checkout, find the "Discount code" field, enter your code and click Apply. The discount will show in your order total before you confirm payment through Stripe.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–72 hours. Use it on our Track Order page to follow your delivery.

Check your tracking number first — it can take 2–4 business days to activate. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, email us at support@packryn.shop and we'll make it right.

Once we receive your return, we process it within 5 business days and issue the refund through Stripe back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
